Chuck Daniels

Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Chuck1 Chuck has over 30 years of experience applying new, disruptive technologies to create shareholder value for start-up companies and major corporations. In 2005, he co-founded BITS, a cloud-based, managed and hosted voice and data networking solution provider exclusively for community banks. He served as the CEO of BITS through May 2013. From 2004 through 2005 he worked as EVP, CTO, and CMO of NextiraOne, LLC, a $500M privately held company that sold and supported enterprise voice and data solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Chuck spent three years (2000-2003) as a Technology & Telecom consultant, which included one year as the CTO of Orion Telecommunications, a $200M privately held provider of prepaid calling cards. From 1995 through 1999, he was a co-founder of Nextlink Communications, a national Competitive Local Exchange Company (CLEC), and served as CMO, CTO, and President of the Technology Services division. In 1992, he co-founded the Advanced Technology Group at MCI Communications, the #2 long distance phone service provider in the U.S. From 1989 through 1992, he served as VP in the Strategic Technology & Research Group at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company, a top 10 U.S. bank. Chuck received a B.S. in Engineering Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology where he majored in Nuclear Engineering.
