Director of Technical Operations; Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems with 2 years of experience; Design, configure, implement, administer, and maintain MSP accounts & D3UCs network infrastructure and telecommunications equipment: including routers, switches, servers, firewalls, & AWS storage areas. Experience in using UCaaS Platforms, AWS S3, GoDaddy DNS, Office365, & Barracuda email services; Train team on Yealink, Polycom, Cisco SPA, Grandstream SIP devices as well as Cisco ATAs. Create & publish online instructional material for D3UCs proprietary UCaaS platform using MS-Office (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel) & experience in Owl publishing platform; Oversee trouble ticket support operations & monitor trouble ticket staff. Experience with Zoho One suite of applications such as: CRM, Desk, Docs, WorkDrive, Project, Meeting, and Sheet; Provide Tier 2 & 3 trouble ticket support, coordinate communication and trouble ticket resolution with D3UCs external providers. Analyze & identify problems with VOIP configurations and settings. Skills: UCaaS Platforms, AWS S3, GoDaddy DNS, Office365, Barracuda, CRM, Desk, Docs, WorkDrive, Project, Meeting & Sheet.
