Why so many of our partners are small MSPs.

Many of our partners came to us as small managed service providers who had not yet sold UCaaS, or who had tried another vendor and felt like they were being treated as “the channel” instead of as the business.

They chose D3 Unified Communications because:

  • They wanted a clear way to add UCaaS without becoming a sales arm for a big vendor.
  • They wanted to keep their name, their relationships, and their recurring revenue at the center.
  • They wanted a partner that respects small and very small business customers, not just the largest accounts.

Whether you are just getting started with UCaaS or expanding from your first few customers, the partner program is designed so you can grow at your pace on the same platform with the same partner.

MSP Testimonials.

We’ve been providing internet payment systems for courthouses for years, but we were always looking for additional services we could offer over the same connections. Until we met D3UC, it never even occurred to us that we could sell UCaaS to our courthouse customers.

Partnering with D3UC gave us a white-labeled business phone solution we could deliver under our own brand to the same towns and courthouses we already serve. Instead of introducing a new vendor name, we were able to extend the relationship our customers already trusted and add phones alongside our payment systems on the existing internet connections. D3UC stayed in the background handling the UCaaS platform and higher-level support so we could stay focused on our customers.

Over the past eight years, we’ve signed up seven towns and now provide UCaaS across all of each town’s buildings, including the courthouse. The recurring revenue from those phone systems, combined with our core payment services, has strengthened our business and deepened our relationships with these municipalities.

CATexas

Before partnering with D3UC, our business was built around managed IT and premise-based PBX phone systems. That worked for a long time, but the market was changing. More customers wanted a cloud-based communications option, and we were starting to lose opportunities to providers that could offer UCaaS instead of requiring customers to buy a traditional PBX.

Working with D3UC gave us a way to add white-label UCaaS under our own brand without changing the core of who we are. Instead of forcing every customer into a single model, we can now offer either a premise-based PBX solution or a cloud-based UCaaS solution based on what fits them best. That flexibility has helped us win new business, move existing PBX customers to the cloud when it makes sense, and create stronger monthly recurring revenue for our company.

Over the last seven years, Chuck and his team have consistently helped us close new business, onboard customers, and troubleshoot issues when we need support. D3UC has been a behind-the-scenes partner that helps us deliver a branded communications experience to our customers while we stay in control of the customer relationship.

SAGeorgia

Before partnering with D3UC, our business was focused on cloud-based video surveillance systems delivered over dedicated internet connections. We knew there was more opportunity in our customer base, but we needed a way to add cloud-based WiFi, POS, and voice services over those same connections without putting our long-term relationships at risk. Since we had never sold voice before, we were concerned that a poor experience could reflect back on our brand and damage the trust we had built.

D3UC gave us a white-label UCaaS solution that let us step into that role with confidence. Instead of handing our customers off to someone else, we were able to become the phone company for them under our own brand. That gave us a way to expand beyond surveillance and offer a broader communications solution while still owning the customer relationship and overall brand experience.

Four years later, we’ve migrated existing customers to our UCaaS service and added new business, including seven burger restaurants from a national franchise chain. What makes the relationship work is knowing D3UC is behind the scenes and ready to help with whatever comes up. That support has made it possible for us to sell and turn up customers with confidence while building recurring revenue around services we did not offer before.

TBFlorida

Before partnering with D3UC, we were dealing with a VoIP provider that kept creating problems for our business. We were seeing outages, higher pricing, and poor support, and the platform itself was harder to manage than it should have been. It required SIP trunks, multiple logins, and came with very little documentation, which added unnecessary complexity for a small team like ours.

D3UC gave us a white-label UCaaS platform that was much easier to work with and much better suited to how we wanted to serve customers. The training and support made a real difference, and the single portal simplified day-to-day management. Instead of fighting the platform, we were able to deliver voice services under our own brand with less complexity and better margins, while keeping control of the customer relationship.

Ten years into the relationship, we now serve 58 customers across the U.S., and D3UC has been a reliable partner behind the scenes the whole way. For us, the biggest value has been having a platform and a partner that make it easier to grow without creating more operational headaches.

WBNew York

We’ve been a full-service data MSP for 20 years, focused on managed IT, cybersecurity, and backup and recovery, but we did not have a VoIP or UCaaS offering. We knew we wanted to add UCaaS for our existing customers, but we had no interest in building and managing a platform ourselves. What we needed was a white-label partner that could handle the complexity on the backend while we stayed focused on customer support, the relationship, and pricing.

We heard great things about D3UC through our MSP peer group, and that gave us the confidence to move forward. D3UC gave us a white-label UCaaS solution along with support, training, and proposal creation, which made it possible for us to start offering UCaaS right away under our own brand.

Seven years into the partnership, we’ve built the service to 44 customers and have continued to enjoy an excellent relationship with D3UC.

We started as a home-based, two-person MSP providing basic PC support and break/fix services to small businesses in our town. We had built a healthy local business, but we wanted to add a service that could generate real monthly recurring revenue. The challenge was that we had no voice experience, so we needed a way to expand without taking on more complexity than a small team like ours could handle.

D3UC gave us a white-label UCaaS solution along with the support and training we needed to get started under our own brand. That made it possible for us to add a new recurring revenue stream without moving away from the customer relationships that helped us grow in the first place. Instead of trying to build voice expertise from scratch on our own, we were able to rely on D3UC behind the scenes while we stayed focused on serving our customers locally.

Eleven years into the relationship, we now have seven customers on the service, and that steady UCaaS revenue has helped us grow into larger customer opportunities over time.

MCNew Jersey

When we started, we were a solo MSP focused on basic PC support and break/fix work for very small local businesses, mostly in retail. We had no voice experience, but we knew recurring revenue would be important if we wanted to grow beyond a one-person operation. The challenge was finding a way to add UCaaS without taking on more than we could realistically support on our own.

We found D3UC through a Google search, and the partnership gave us a practical way to bring white-label UCaaS to market under our own brand. D3UC provided the support and training we needed, and in the early stages they helped create new customer accounts and assisted with onboarding until we were able to handle more of it ourselves. That allowed us to stay focused on closing new retail business while still delivering a professional communications solution to our customers.

Eight years into the relationship, we’ve grown to 24 customers and the monthly recurring revenue from those accounts helped us hire a second employee.

We’ve been a full-service data MSP for 20 years, focused on managed IT, security, and backup and recovery, but we did not have a VoIP or UCaaS offering. We knew we wanted to add UCaaS for our existing customers, but we had no interest in building and managing a platform ourselves. What we needed was a white-label partner that could handle the backend complexity while we stayed focused on customer support, the relationship, and pricing.

We heard about D3UC through our MSP peer group, and that gave us confidence to move forward. Several MSPs we trusted were already using D3UC and were incredibly happy with the relationship. D3UC gave us a white-label UCaaS solution along with support, training, and proposal creation, which made it possible for us to start offering UCaaS right away under our own brand.

Seven years into the partnership, we now have 14 UCaaS customers, including some existing customers and some new ones who first came to us for UCaaS and then added our other services after the installation went flawlessly.

MDTennessee

We’re a two-person local MSP, and for years our business was centered on basic PC support and break/fix services. We had no voice experience, but we wanted to add a UCaaS offering that could create monthly recurring revenue, especially for the law firms we serve. The challenge was finding a way to do that without taking on more complexity than a small team like ours could realistically support.

We found D3UC through a Google search, and the partnership gave us a practical way to bring white-label UCaaS to market under our own brand. D3UC provided the platform, support, training, and proposal creation, which made it possible for us to start offering a reliable communications solution without having to build voice expertise on our own.

Six years into the relationship, we have three law firms on the service, including one with more than 50 users, and each of those customers has renewed our MSP agreement twice. For legal clients, every minute on the phone matters because it directly affects their business, so reliability is critical.

TFGeorgia

We’ve been a full-service data MSP for 30 years, and for the past 10 years we had been white labeling another provider’s UCaaS solution. That relationship worked for a long time, but things changed. First, a $25 monthly service fee was added to each of our accounts, which cut $500 a month out of our profits. Then the provider stopped paying monthly recurring revenue on any of our customer accounts with fewer than 20 phones, which affected most of our base. At that point, we knew we needed to find a new white-label UCaaS partner quickly.

We found D3UC through an email campaign, and the timing could not have been better. D3UC gave us a white-label UCaaS solution along with support, training, and proposal creation, which made it possible to start moving customers without losing momentum. Just as important, it let us keep the customer relationship, billing relationship, and brand experience under our name while improving the economics of the service for our business.

In our first year with D3UC, we migrated 10 customer accounts and plan to move the rest this year. Now that we’re transitioning customers to D3UC, we’re making better profits than we were with our previous provider. I wish we had made this move sooner.

SHTexas

We started as a part-time, solo MSP handling basic PC support, break/fix work, and reselling local phone service while still working a full-time job. A big part of our opportunity came from the fact that customers were unhappy with the local phone company and wanted a better option. We knew we could compete, but we needed the right UCaaS partner behind us to make that possible.

D3UC gave us a white-label UCaaS solution along with support, training, and proposal creation, which made it possible for us to take that next step under our own brand. Instead of sending customers back to a provider they already disliked, we were able to offer a better communications solution ourselves while keeping control of the customer relationship and building recurring revenue around it. That support helped us turn what started as a side business into something we could run full time.

Eight years into the relationship, we’ve grown to 28 customers and a team of 5 employees, including two customer accounts with more than 100 phones each. We’ve also expanded our service area to cover the whole state.

THWyoming

We’re a two-person local MSP, and when we started looking at UCaaS, we had no voice experience at all. What we did have was a strong reputation in our town and a clear opportunity to offer customers a better option than the local phone company. We wanted to add a UCaaS service that could compete with AT&T, but we needed the right partner behind us to do it well under our own brand.

D3UC gave us that path. Their white-label UCaaS platform, along with support, training, and proposal creation, made it possible for us to bring a professional phone solution to market without taking on the backend complexity ourselves. That let us stay focused on serving local businesses, building the customer relationship, and delivering the service as our own.

Eight years into the relationship, we now have 7 local businesses using our UCaaS service. As a father-and-daughter MSP, we take a lot of pride in being able to compete against AT&T and win.

SHTexas

We’re a 10-year-old full-service MSP, and in addition to managed IT, cybersecurity, and backup and recovery, we had built an in-house PBX business serving 25 customers with more than 350 phones. Then we got hit with a worst-case scenario. Our CTO and top voice technician left to start their own UCaaS company, and they immediately began calling our customers. We suddenly had a real threat to our customer base and no practical way to support the PBX environment they had been managing.

We reached out to D3UC through our peer group with one question: how fast could they help us move our customers? D3UC stepped in with white-label UCaaS, account creation, porting and migration services, training, and full support until our team could become proficient. They helped us migrate all 25 customer accounts within two weeks, and the platform was much easier for us to learn and support than what we had before. Just as important, we were able to keep the service under our own brand, protect the customer relationship, and even lower our previous pricing while maintaining the same profits.

Seven years later, that experience still stands out. Not one of our customers left for the new company. D3UC helped us protect the business we had built, move from a vulnerable PBX situation to a more manageable UCaaS model, and come out of a crisis stronger. They really were a friend in need and a friend indeed.

TOOklahoma

We’re a full-service MSP, and before partnering with D3UC, we had been reselling another company’s VoIP service alongside our managed IT, cybersecurity, and backup and recovery work. That arrangement changed quickly after the VoIP provider was sold. A few months later, our customers started complaining about price increases and poor support, and it was clear we needed a better way to protect those relationships under our own brand.

D3UC gave us that path with white-label UCaaS, account creation, migration help, training, and full support while our team got up to speed. That made it possible for us to start moving customers to a new service without giving up control of the customer relationship.

Even though the relationship is still new, we’ve already migrated 3 of our 9 VoIP customers to the new UCaaS service since joining in 2025. We’ve also been able to bring those customers’ invoices back down to their previous costs while improving our own profitability.

TRFlorida

We’re a small full-service MSP, and before partnering with D3UC, we were white-labeling another provider’s solution. The problem was that the costs were not what we were originally led to believe. As we got deeper into the relationship, additional one-time and monthly fees started showing up that had never been clearly disclosed. For a business our size, that made it hard to trust the platform and hard to build a service around it with confidence.

We came to D3UC through an MSP peer recommendation, and the difference was clear right away. D3UC gave us a white-label UCaaS solution along with account creation, training, and full support until we became proficient. Just as important, the platform has been easy to use and the pricing has been straightforward. That gave us a much better foundation to offer UCaaS under our own brand without worrying about hidden fees or surprise support charges.

Three years into the relationship, we’ve added 5 UCaaS customers.

PRCalifornia

We’re a small full-service MSP, and before partnering with D3UC, we were reselling another provider’s VoIP service alongside our managed IT, cybersecurity, and backup and recovery work. The problem was that the economics just did not work. Between the monthly fee we were paying that provider and the per-extension charges on every deal, we were losing money instead of building a profitable recurring revenue service.

We came to D3UC through an MSP peer group recommendation, and the change was immediate. D3UC gave us a white-label UCaaS solution along with account creation, migration help, training, and full support until we became proficient. That made it possible for us to move all of our VoIP customers to a new platform at once without disrupting the customer experience, while still keeping the relationship, brand experience, and recurring revenue under our own name.

Even though the relationship is still less than a year old, the results have already been significant. We went from losing money with our previous provider to earning 50% profits, and the transition was seamless for both us and our customers. Every one of our VoIP clients is happy with the phone system and the customer service we are able to provide.

TSPennsylvania

We’re a 25-year-old full-service MSP, and while we had strong offerings around managed IT, cybersecurity, and backup and recovery, we did not have a VoIP or UCaaS solution. We knew we wanted to add UCaaS for our existing customers, but we had no interest in building and managing a platform ourselves. What we needed was a white-label partner that would let us bring the service to market quickly under our own brand.

We heard great things about D3UC from our peer group, so we joined in 2019 and have enjoyed an excellent partnership since then. D3UC gave us white-label UCaaS, support, training, and proposal creation, which made it possible for us to start selling UCaaS right away without taking on the backend complexity ourselves. That allowed us to expand our service offering, keep control of the customer relationship, and build recurring revenue around UCaaS under our own name.

Seven years into the relationship, we’ve added 24 UCaaS customers, including some large medical offices.
