Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Chuck has over 30 years of experience applying new, disruptive technologies to create shareholder value for start-up companies and major corporations. In 2005, he co-founded BITS, a cloud-based, managed and hosted voice and data networking solution provider exclusively for community banks. He served as the CEO of BITS through May 2013. From 2004 through 2005 he worked as EVP, CTO, and CMO of NextiraOne, LLC, a $500M privately held company that sold and supported enterprise voice and data solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Chuck spent three years (2000-2003) as a Technology & Telecom consultant, which included one year as the CTO of Orion Telecommunications, a $200M privately held provider of prepaid calling cards. From 1995 through 1999, he was a co-founder of Nextlink Communications, a national Competitive Local Exchange Company (CLEC), and served as CMO, CTO, and President of the Technology Services division. In 1992, he co-founded the Advanced Technology Group at MCI Communications, the #2 long distance phone service provider in the U.S. From 1989 through 1992, he served as VP in the Strategic Technology & Research Group at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company, a top 10 U.S. bank. Chuck received a B.S. in Engineering Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology where he majored in Nuclear Engineering.
Founder & Chief Financial Officer
Imran has over 20 years of experience building new and disruptive technology companies. In 2005 he co-founded ACBB-BITS, LLC, a Cloud-based, managed and hosted converged network solution provider, and served as chief financial officer through May 2013. As CFO, Mr. Dalvi helped to build a successful pricing model and financial operational support team that took the company to profitability in four years. From June 2003 to June 2004, Mr. Dalvi served as VP of Finance Operations at Orion Telecommunications, a leading prepaid calling card company, reporting to the CTO, and helped re-engineer the organization into a profitable $200M company. Prior to this, from January 2001 through May 2003, he was a partner with Harrison Gray, a boutique management consulting firm in New York, advising Internet and wireless communication service providers. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Dalvi served as lead consultant in the London office of Logica CMG, one of Europe’s leading IT and business services consultancy firms. In 2003, he founded Bestbay Limited, a real estate and healthcare company with over 100 nursing staff who provide nursing services and healthcare support to the elderly in communities in southeast England. Mr. Dalvi received his B.S. in Mathematics from the Queen Mary College, University of London, an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from the City University Business School, and an MBA from the Imperial College, London.
Chief Marketing Officer
Marie has over 25 years of diverse industry experience in the corporate, public and private sectors. She began her career as a computer graphics designer, creating marketing content and sales collateral. In 2001, she opened a service-based business catering to the general public. Marie served as a trustee on her district’s Board of Education for almost a decade, acting as President for over eight years. Her collective wisdom has afforded Marie with diverse professional skills, ranging from effective personal communications to executing with the utmost integrity in business management. She understands the challenges facing small business owners and is positioned to help MSPs on their phone and unified communications journey. Marie earned a B.S. in Economics from Rutgers University and an MBA in Marketing Management from Pace University.
